• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food quality.

• Honour accepted orders unless cancellation is unavoidable.

• Keep menus, prices, and availability up to date.

Vendors must not:

• Sell counterfeit or prohibited products.

• Use misleading descriptions or images.

• Manipulate ratings or reviews.

• Request payment outside the OrderBuka Platform without authorization.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Place genuine food orders.

• Provide accurate delivery information.

• Be available to receive deliveries.

• Pay for all confirmed orders.

• Report issues honestly.

• Treat vendors, riders, and support staff with respect.

Customers must not repeatedly place fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally disruptive orders.
