Illegal Activities

Platform Abuse
Users must not:
Attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful software.

4. Vendor Responsibilities
Restaurant vendors must:
Complete OrderBuka’s verification process before activation.
Provide accurate business information.
Maintain valid contact details.
Sell only lawful food and beverages.
Comply with applicable food safety and health regulations.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food quality.
Honour accepted orders unless cancellation is unavoidable.
Keep menus, prices, and availability up to date.
Vendors must not:
Sell counterfeit or prohibited products.
Use misleading descriptions or images.
Manipulate ratings or reviews.
Request payment outside the OrderBuka Platform without authorization.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Place genuine food orders.
Provide accurate delivery information.
Be available to receive deliveries.
Pay for all confirmed orders.
Report issues honestly.
Treat vendors, riders, and support staff with respect.
Customers must not repeatedly place fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally disruptive orders.
6. Payments and Financial Integrity
OrderBuka maintains strict standards to protect payment integrity.
Users must not:
Attempt chargeback fraud.
Use fraudulent payment methods.
Manipulate transactions.
Engage in suspicious financial activities.
OrderBuka reserves the right to delay settlements, suspend accounts, or report suspicious transactions where fraud is suspected.
7. Vendor Verification (KYC)
To protect customers and comply with regulatory requirements, OrderBuka conducts verification of vendors before onboarding.
Depending on the type of business, verification may include:
Business name
Business address
Government-issued identification
Phone number
Email address
Settlement bank account details
Business registration details (where applicable)
OrderBuka reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary.
